Shipping Policy

Flooring Warehouse Direct is committed to providing you with exceptional customer service. We will do what it takes to make sure your order is shipped in a timely and efficient manner. We employ the most reputable freight carriers in the industry to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.

Most orders are shipped LTL Freight via UPS Freight, R&L Carriers, Estes, FedEx Freight, Yellow Trucking, The Custom Companies, Old Dominion or DHL. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home, a business, or you can pick it up at a trucking terminal. All freight calculated at the time of checkout includes curbside delivery. You should plan to have extra help around to unload your material. The freight drivers are not responsible for unloading your product.
Depending on the size of the product ordered will determine if the products are delivered to your door or a curbside delivery. If it is a curbside delivery you are responsible for unloading your order off the truck and carrying the product from the curb and into your home (weight will vary by product and quantity ordered). Most cartons of flooring weigh between 25-55 lbs.
Before agreeing to curbside delivery, you need to consider accessibility to street/driveway to avoid additional assessorial shipping fees.
If the delivery truck cannot get to your location, you will be asked to pick up the order at a trucking terminal determined by Flooring Warehouse Direct.
The driver is unable to enter your home while unloading products.
You must be home at the time of delivery if it is a curbside delivery otherwise the designated shipping company will leave it at your door.
Shipping is not refundable if you decide to cancel order en route. If your order qualifies for flat rate shipping you will be charged for the actual shipping amount if the order is cancelled en route or returned. Many times the actual freight is more than the flat rate that we charge.
Please note on shipping promotions minimums may apply and it may only be available on certain products. Please call for the most accurate shipping quote.
Please note that some areas may have additional costs if you are in a location that can not be reached easily such as: rural locations or locations like the Florida Keys. If this is the case we will notify you before your order is processed.
